Problem with Non-print Requests

If a patron places an inter-campus request through Voyager for non-print items (DVD, CD, audiobook, etc.), an inaccurate email will be generated at about 8:00 PM that evening to say that the item is unavailable, not found, and will be available next month.  

You may  be fielding questions about why the patrons got such an odd email.  If they ask you to help them, call the circulation desk of the holding branch and ask them to send the item to Aviva's attention with a note of the patron's name and Panther card #.  This isn't an ideal solution, but it will work temporarily.

Downtown Circulation is investigating and trying to remedy this problem. We'll keep you posted when it's fixed.

UPDATE:  The problem is fixed, so requests for non-print items should work normally now.
