VCard Machine - No Valid Accounts

With the new copier system if you run into the error "No Valid Accounts" on the VCard machine when a student tries to add money, it means they have not completed their PantherCash Registration Application yet. Take the student to the following website: https://app.gsu.edu/panthercash/

Once they have completed the form and hit submit, it will take about 15 minutes for their account to become activated. Once activated they should be able to add money to their card either through the VCard machine or online.
